Are you allowed to make unannounced visits. 10. Is there a written agreement? 11. Are nutritionally balanced meals furnished by the provider? 12. Does the discipline policy exclude any form of corporal punishment and include positive redirection? 13. Is there a designated sleeping area? 14. Are there age appropriate toys? 15. What is the policy on T.V.? How much? When? What programs? 16. Does provider transport children on daily basis? 17. Are there any off site trips? Does provider transport children? 18.
